Interesting video. Kind of wonky on some of the video presentation. For example there are some instances where the HMS QUEEN ELIZEBETH swaps its ski jump ramp from the Port to Starboard side of the ship (and the two islands obviously are swapped at the same time from the Starboard to Port). There are also a couple of instances in the middle of the CHARLES DEGAULE section, where pictures of the USS DWIGHT D EISENHOWER are used instead. These are of course merely oversights and lack of attention to detail. I'd also have to agree with some of the below comments that inclusion of the US Navy's LHA and LHDs would be appropriate given they are JUST as capable as the other STOVL carriers included in the list. To keep it at "10" I would have substituted the USS AMERICA (LHA) for the USS FORD (a ship that has yet to execute its first deployment). However, overall I'd say it is a NICE run down of the world's aircraft carriers. I'm glad to see old "bucket" (USS MIDWAY) shown repeatedly in your video. She was so old, she missed World War II by ONLY a few months, "IF" NOT weeks. As old as she was she served longer than any U.S. aircraft carrier to date, and worked harder than ANY other aircraft carrier. When I was onboard she was FORWARD-DEPLOYED out of Yokosuka, Japan. We are said to see more water in 6 months than any other carrier would see in 2 years, ..BUT she NEVER/RARELY got credit for allot of her efforts (Though MIDWAY escorted the ENTERPRISE during the filming of the movie TOP GUN, you DON'T see MIDWAY anywhere in the movie.)
