Hello; It's amazing that metal wheels on a snow-covered slippery metal track can get enough traction to power through the snow like this! I wonder if they ever hit a big enough drift to derail the locomotive? For some reason, this makes me want to stand there ten or twenty feet from the tracks, and be engulfed by that wonderful blast of snow as the train passes. Awesome video and interesting. I wish somehow a snowplow equipped train could take a detour through my driveway after a big snow! They are massive and ploughing threw that snow looks pretty cool.
