Hello; So, it looks like the farming practice here is to let the soil erode away during big rains and then back fill in time for the next big rain? All of that eroded soil ends up in the ocean deltas. Never to be used for growing crops again. Seems like a better practice might be to create grass waterways to hold the soil in place for future generations of farmers and hungry people? I can say from working jobs with either D9T or D 10L, even 40 acres won't keep you entertained for long! It can put you to sleep. Tight quarters are more fun, shared with Earthmovers, coming at you at 30-40 mph! Now we're talking. As much as I LOVE seeing these two monsters working side by side, I can't imagine the bill for the farm to have this work done. Was there really enough earth moved to justify this or was it done for promotional purposes? Not trying to be snooty, honestly asking.
