Wow that blade is incredibly sharp! anyone who has tried cutting off a simple car tyre from a wherl rim will know just how hard the tyres are to cut, impressive! There is a deep satisfaction working with your hands. The skill in this man's hands is masterful. God bless him and his family. Amazing to watch this man at work. He's very skilled and knows exactly what he's doing. Made a perfect repair and the tyre is usable again and has plenty of life left in it. This man has serious skills! I would guess this tire is super expensive so it makes since to repair it the way he did. I wonder if he can retread tires as well? I have done similar repairs myself long time ago when I was working in a tire shop. I could use commercial patches inside and didn't have to make a patch from a piece of a tire like that guy. And we used an electric heater designed for that. This is an earthmoving tyre, never subject to high speed. So while not ideal there is still a lot of life left in a very expensive tyre. This is often done in the western world as well. Done on truck tyres as well. Generally used on trailers however.
