You can just shove the wires right into your drill chuck if you need to twist them though, you don't need a jig for that. My father told me of this method  many years ago to repair cracks in engine blocks ect . I used this also repairing equipment also . There was a company that came in the power plant I worked at and they used this method to repair a pulverizer table that had a crack in it .l Good idea on pressure testing the head like that . Its also a good idea on aluminum heads like the ones on my ALH TDI engine for cracks . A learned hard lesson lol . I enjoy watching these guys get it done.
