How $180 Million Dollar Planes Get Destroyed and Recycled

Welcome back to the our channel for a feature on the afterlife of an aircraft. Built to last for a certain period of time or cycle, what would happen to these aircraft after it lands for the last time? It seems to me that if you really wanted t house the homeless ad low income people you could partition off each section of t big jet to house people like apartments. It would be cheap and also keep people off the streets. Yes I understand placing these big birds would not be overly easy but once the wings are removed it would not be much harder than a long trailer. Heck, a DC10 could house two low income families cheaper than building two homes and I have seen a DC8 turned into a real nice home by a couple, even the cockpit was made into a dinning area with a nice view. We have enough old jets and cargo planes that if cut up might make $3000 to$5000 off scrap metal but housing a homeless or low income family would be worth it and more if the low income family paid $ 800 a month to rent to own with a 10 year lease. It's not hard to use things like this to help people who would otherwise not have a place to live. We have land that can be used to set up whole villages of old planes to give people a place to call home. Just an idea of mine.
