Imagine hearing a bike coming with the sound of kTm and turns out to be a splendor. Did something like this with a coke can back in 1984 for my Yamaha DT50 with a resonator exhaust. But with an alum tube with holes drilled in it, and a wad of steel wool. Was attached to end of exhaust and lasted well. Still benefitted from the modified reed valve powerbands. I think it reverberated sounds and created a louder sounds waves. I would like to see a sound decibel. Now I know, I'll take the fanta can out of my ktm exhaust, for years I was thinking of what makes it sound like that. A can opener will open Pepsi can quickly and easy. It will have smoother edges. Which increases the speed of the motorcycle.
