Welcome back to the our channel for a feature on the intricate process of removing an aircraft's engine for maintenance, and how this has led to the development of various innovations to ease the process. The military engine jacks and transportaion carts are still the same ones I used 40 years when I work as an Aero Engine Tech on the CF-101 Voodoos at the now closed CFB Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada. An aircraft engine, often referred to as an aero engine, is the power component of an aircraft propulsion system. Most aircraft engines are either piston engines or gas turbines, although a few have been rocket powered and in recent years many small UAVs have used electric motors. It is very interesting the tecnology for substitute the turbine on the airplane.
