The best 4x4 by far is the defender. I regularly kicked seven shades of sh*t out of it in Patagonia. Old Suzie had a tough life but she was always properly maintained and loved but it wasn't the most comfortable in comparison to my Discovery 4 which can almost do everything the Defender can off road. That landcruiser was the machine! Nothing gave it a problem. The 80series 4.2 with triple locks was probably the best 4x4 ever built. Pretty cool video, nice Rover’s. Here in the USA we see very few of them off road. The two door ones sell for about 120000 dollars, stock and the 110s for about 210000 dollars, mostly we see them at the fancy restaurants and country clubs. Having had all three of those vehicles, I can tell you the FJ80 Landcruiser is far superior to the Disco and better than the 90 Defender even thuogh, due to size , the 90 is more nimble, a truer representation would be a 110, oh and I currently drive a L322 tdv8, going to go back to Toyota Landcruiser next, a 79series doublecab 1hz 4.2, brand new out of the box, they are indestructable where Land Rover products destroy your wallet and your faith in their product.
