It's too bad he did not sand (or wire brush) and then repaint the top of the chassis rails. Lots of surface rust. I bet he just painted over the rusty metal parts without any finishing work then covered it with the white paint. In my opinion, the job was poorly done. The wood was not treated with a water-repellent compound. The metal was not treated before painting. Lol - lot of work for something that won't last. Painting over rust always a great idea, pine exposed to the elements untreated and as a loading bed - great plan, soldering 3 wires and cover them with a tubular heat shrink - world leading. Good luck to the fooled buyer.
