Furniture has evolved a lot in the last century, they are more functional and compact each year, featuring new options with fancier designs. We've been looking for the best ones for you. I am so digging that door to the library. Hang some clothes, a hidden room. Put a lock on the inside, and a safe room. Holy cow what a fantastic idea. These are all really cool 10/10. The folding stairs would be handy when you have limited space or want to keep the kids or guest downstairs but I hope it comes with a safety gate or rail for the top. I can see a nasty fall happening otherwise. I could easily see many of these smart/transforming furniture solutions gaining ground in housing areas where living space is at a premium, if not already. When I was grow up I wanna be an architect so to me this is a great video and is a good inspo.
