Hello; Why do people think we have the best trucks? We do not, the Swedes make more sophisticated, safer, more powerful trucks that can stop drive ice snow 90 tonne triples that are far and away better than American/Aussie built and I say this as an ex CUMMINS field service guy, Scania is simply the best in the world. What's the purpose to transport a mining dump using the trailer attached to the same dump rebuilt to a semitruck? I think this combination will spend even more gas than if the mining dump moves by itself, without any trailers. Has anyone any ideas? Very interesting piece of engineering. I never knew trailers can expand to the sides to accommodate heavy machinery.
