Hello; The recklessly dangerous negligence that leads to the loss of a vessel and the lives of Crewmembers is frequently repeated by people supposedly trained, experienced and qualified for senior roles aboard these vessels. There are no new ways to sink vessels, merely entirely foreseeable and avoidable ways that no Crew should subject their vessels to. It may come as a surprise, but that's actually how they unload those log barges. The scene with the tug rolling over - that's called being tripped. If they had been using what are called norman pins it wouldn't have happened. In this video; I’d love to read each report on each of the costly collisions as to the excuses or reasons as to why any of them happened especially the ferry with what looks like a cement mixer on board.
