Welcome back to the our channel for a feature on the F-15 and how it has not only flown through its years in service but continues to thrive as a powerful aircraft. The eagle has certainly rained supreme over the decades, never shot down in any dogfight with over a hundred air to air kills. I know there are newer and better fighter aircraft, but, the F-15 has always been, and still is, my favorite. It is still just a truly awesome aircraft. Just something about the F-14/15 & 18 that makes them look like real awesome fighter jets compared to the F-35’s! To this day, the F-15 can do a lot more better than more advanced fighter jets. It still kicks butt real good. The McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle is an American twin-engine, all-weather tactical fighter aircraft designed by McDonnell Douglas (now part of Boeing). Following reviews of proposals, the United States Air Force selected McDonnell Douglas's design in 1969 to meet the service's need for a dedicated air superiority fighter. The Eagle first flew in July 1972, and entered service in 1976. It is among the most successful modern fighters, with over 100 victories and no losses in aerial combat.
