Hello; A vehicle that requires no maintenance, never going to happen, everything wears out eventually. I was wondering the same thing. While the vehicle does not emit CO2, what about the power plant generating the electricity? It looks like the dump bed is smaller and possibly uses plastic to reduce weight. it generates its own power by going downhill fully loaded and uphill empty. They even sell excess energy back into the grid. So it actually helps lower the CO2 emissions of the grid. In other locations it would have to be charged from the grid though. At 2:20 Sorry, but that truck is just too goddamn ugly with that hideous dropdown axle hanging out the ass, and the extra wheels. Probably makes a lot of noise when cornering.
