Hello; Loading a backhoe or a small excavator onto a truck is actually pretty common. With a good operator with some experience it is actually quite safe. But there are such things as unexpected blown hydraulic hoses which can throw a wrench into doing that. The guy on the tractor was trying to plow up hill? Stupid for many reasons. And the guy on the grader can do a stunt, but probably couldnt grade a road or a bank if his life depended on it. His ass would be fired on the spot. Very cool. But fire every one of these jackass's playing games with someone else's equipment. If they owned it I bet they would not screw around like this because of how much it costs to fix. The dude doing circles with the Motor Grader should lay down and let one of the tires that are in the air pass right over him. I mean he did a Million other things that OSHA would have fined him for (because that's how people get killed) so he might as well add that trick too.
